A few personal shots from a family trip to selected WWI and WWII battlefields and museums in France and Belgium, in the summer of 2013. We paid our respects to a great grandfather lost in the war and the many other thousands of soldiers, some of whose graves we also quietly contemplated.

So many, and many so young.
